Staying hydrated is one of the best things you can do for your body and health. The average percentage of water in a human body is roughly around 60%. Can you guess what is the best thing to drink to stay hydrated? You guessed it. Water. Surprise! To help you stay hydrated throughout the day is to keep a reusable water bottle with you when you are out. Plastic water bottles are the worst thing you can use. They have microplastics that leech into our environment destroying our delicate ecosystem.
